Our skin is made of cells. Those cells are covered by billions of bacteria and fungi. There is a symbiotic relationship between this flora and skin appearance. Smoking, pollution, fast food – they all change the flora of our skin and as a result, skin changes.
We have at least one thousand different bacterias living in this symbiotic relationship but there is one very important one: Staphylococcus epidermidis (good guy).
In healthy people there is a balance of those microbes, and C. acnes and S.Aureus (opportunistic pathogen) both are present but at manageable levels.
Our first active ingredient is a cereal (Golden millet or Panicum miliaceum) that is fermented using a community of specially selected lactic acid bacteria. The liquid has many bio molecules, to note a few: malic acid, lactic acid and bio-available magnesium and calcium.
After application, it was found that the growth of beneficial bacteria, was stimulated. Those germs are crucial for a healthy skin flora, like yogurt is for the stomach.
Our second active ingredient is Polyglutamic acid. This molecule is a better humectant (binds water) than hyaluronic acid. In fact, it can bind water 4x more than HA.
Polyglutamic acid is made by fermenting beans. In Japanese cuisine there is a super food called Natto that is full of polyglutamic acid.
Our fermented moisturizer serum includes two ingredients that are designed to moisturize and help the delicate flora on your skin for a holistic approach, where nature is followed rather than fought. Very gentle, suitable for all skin types, and can be used multiple times a day, as needed.
Mother nature knows best.
After using any humectant (water based) it is best to apply a facial oil to lock in the moisture. This oil has synergies.

I have used many hydration serums in my routine. My skin is mixed, very sensitive and I take great care when introducing new products. After 2 weeks of using this serum, this has become my favourite hydration serum.! The serum is light and it is absorbed by the skin very fast (my skin just drinks it). It has a pleasant smell and leaves my skin plump and glowing.

I bought the VitC with this serum ! I’ve gotten several comments on my skin since I’ve been using this as a daily routine.
If you have sensitive skin, go for it!

I have dry, sensitive and reactive skin and after several days of use I have to say that I love this serum. It leaves my skin very hydrated and with a very pleasant light aroma, it is also very economical.

In the past , I used every hydration serum under the sun . This serum does a good job at hydrating but I recommend using it on a dump face after cleansing . Also use an oil afterwards . What I really love about it , is the list of ingredients . No PEGs , no silicones , nothing that can make my skin break .
